SAVOURY CORN PUDDING1 ½ cups milk 1/3 cup breadcrumbs ¾ tin creamed corn or 6 corns, grated 3 eggs lightly beaten 1 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoons cheese grated ½ teaspoon pepper powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter Method -Butter a deep baking dish. -Mix in milk, corn, sugar and pepper powder with the beaten eggs. -Add the breadcrumbs and stir gently. -Pour the mixture in the prepared baking dish. -Drop the butter in the centre of the dish. -Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture. -Bake at 350* F for 35 to 40 minutes. -Serve hot.
