CHEESE & POTATO PIE400gms Parboiled Potatoes 2 Medium Sized Onions 200gms Cheese Salt and Pepper to taste 4 Tablespoons thin Cream or Milk 2 Teaspoons Butter Method -Slice the potatoes and put a layer in a well greased baking dish. Cover the potatoes with half the finely chopped onions and a layer of cheese. -Repeat the layers, seasoning each one with salt and pepper. -Moisten the last layer with cream or milk and cover with potatoes. -Dot the last layer of potatoes with butter and bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven OR microwave (350*F or 180*C). -Serve Hot.
