½ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Milk Powder or Cream
1 Tablespoon Gelatin
-Grate the apples.
-Mix the cream, sugar, cocoa, egg yolks and add to the grated apples.
-Dissolve gelatin in a tablespoon of hot water and add to mixture.
-Beat the egg white till stiff and fold in to the mixture.
-Set in fridge.
-Serve with sliced apple.
