1 chicken (about 1.5 kg)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
100 grams breadcrumbs
50 grams melted butter
-Set the oven at moderately hot (200*C)
-Cut the chicken into four joints.
-Sift the flour and salt together and use to coat the chicken.
-Beat the egg with the water.
-Coat the chicken with the egg mixture, and then with the breadcrumbs.
-Place the chicken in a roasting tin and sprinkle with the melted butter.
-Bake the chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
