TOSSED VEGETABLE SALAD


1 Cauliflower
200 Grams Carrots
100 Grams Cucumber
100 Grams Capsicum
FOR DRESSING
Juice of 2 lemons
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Salt to taste

Method

-Clean and cut all the vegetables into small cubes.
-Place them into a salad bowl.
-Add the dressing and toss.
-Refrigerate till serving time.
